College Winter Program

The Winter College Session is 5 to 7 week long program that combines fitness, speed-of-play, and speed & agility into one power packed program. 

Players will receive a NIKE DFA training jersey to use in the sessions.

Sessions are 1 hour long and twice a week. Each session will be designed and built upon the previous to ensure progression and development. Players will have access to use DFA's Teqball tables to increase ball control and first touch. 

Space in the winter program is limited!

2021 Session Info:

Tuesdays & Thursdays:  11/30/21 - 1/13/2022 (off for Christmas)

Roster Hold: $50.00 (covers training shirt, and first day or training)

       - Due November 17th, 2021

Cost: $30.00 per session due each day before the session

Time: 9:30-10:30am
