Service Description

The High School Winter Session will comprise of 11 soccer specific training sessions, 4 specialty sessions, and additional optional sessions to jump in on. Location will be determined by weather. Anything over 25 degrees and dry we'll be outside. Anything else we'll be inside. Starts December 4th Sundays 4-5pm (specialty (strength, recovery, speed & agility)) Mondays 3:30-4:30pm Wednesdays 10-11am (soccer optional to join) Fridays 3:30-4:30pm (soccer) *No training Dec 24-26th
